Laurie Boden, MD
Board Certified Pediatrics
Laurie G. Boden, MD, EthnÄ Health co-founder, is a Board Certified doctor in Pediatrics. She received her B.S. in Biology from Furman University and her M.D. from Medical College of Georgia, and completed her Pediatric residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Dr. Boden is from Georgia. After residency at Vanderbilt in Nashville, she came to live in the Atlanta area with her husband and first child in 1996, working in private practice in Nashville and the Atlanta area. She has felt the calling to work with underserved communities since she was a pediatric resident, inspiring her and her fellow co-founders to start EthnÄ Health. For her, a good day’s work includes getting to see the uniqueness of each individual as she sees children and adolescents for well child and sick visits. She enjoys getting to know the patients and their families and loves interacting with the staff as they serve patients together.
Outside of work, Dr. Boden enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and hiking national parks. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with family and friends, and she is blessed to have a supportive husband and three adult children.
