Rukiah Rafiq is a Medical Assistant (CCMA) at Ethnē Health. She received her A.S. in Business Administration from Georgia State University Perimeter College and Certificate Clinical Medical Assistant from Life Solutions for Health Vocational School.

As a refugee herself, from Burma, she settled in Clarkston and is passionate about giving back to and serving the Clarkston community. She began with an externship at the clinic and has been working at Ethnē Health for about a year since; she is extremely grateful for Ethnē Health accepting her for who she is. Her favorite times as a CCMA are seeing patients walk out of the clinic with a smile. 

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and gardening with her mom.
