Mounira Teman is the Medical Assistant Lead at Ethnē Health. She has an A.S. in Medical Assisting and a Medical Office Administration Diploma from Gwinnett College, along with a phlebotomy certification, National Medical Assistant Certification (NCMA), and CPR Certification.
In 2002, Mounira came to the United States as a refugee and was settled in Clarkston, Georgia. Because she has been in the same situation and had no help, she now serves the Clarkston community to give them a better experience and a chance to be heard. She was drawn to Ethnē Health because of the mission and vision and has been working with the clinic for three and a half years. A good day for her at Ethnē Health includes helping many different patients.
Outside of work she enjoys reading books, walking in the park, and helping new refugees get their basic needs met.
